Love Wan! summary:
Meet Ootsuki Noa, she is an eight grader girl who absolutely adores dogs. In fact, her mission in life is to help 100 dogs so Tetsu, her deceased dog can go to heaven! While walking, she saves a white terrier from a motorcycle accident. She is saved from being hit by Torayasu Taiga, a redhead delinquent from her school. The white terrier she saved was actually a Dog Master who imbued the powers of turning people into dogs as a gift for saving her. Join her and Taiga in their fun, wacky, doggy filled adventure!
