Hitomi no Kotoba summary:

A square but proficient employee is relegated to a flippant supervisor who joined the company in the same year. As the milling report has it, the supervisor has risen in rank using his body... Extra story : A boy whose mother is dead is abused by his stepfather. A stranger keeps seeing the boy but the boy finally faints, pinning his hopes on a cigar lighter he picked up.
