She dresses in strange Lolita fashion and gets in the way of crime scenes, but her dog-like sense of smell sometimes contributes to the solution of difficult cases. Through the eyes of the young woman who struggles to become a detective, “Deka Wanko” takes drastic measures to reform this brutal society.
